What is the warranty on the slush machines?
There is a one-year warranty on all of our machines.
How do I re-order more slush syrups?
As a customer you are given your own login and able to simply order online on our website. www.order-rossi.co.uk
What size are the slush syrup bottles?
5Ltr bottles.
What is the mix ratio of the syrup?
7:1 = 7 litres of water to 1 litre of slush syrup.
How much does one 5 litre bottle of slush syrup make?
It makes 40 litres of ready to use liquid.
What power supply is required for a slush machine?
240v 13amp plug is all you require.
How often do you clean a slush machine?
We recommend once a week.
Does a slush machine need to be turned off at night?
You can keep it running or just switch off the freezer mode and the mix is then kept refrigerated, but not frozen and then when the freezer mode is switched on, it takes approx. 20mins to freeze down.
How do I store the slush syrup?
The mix can be stored ambient in a cool dry place out of sunlight.
What is the best before date of mix?
It is 12 months from date of manufacture.
