Rossi Ice Cream has moved from its Original Lucy Road factory, where it has been situated since the late 1960s, to new premises at Temple Farm Industrial Estate, Southend.
The company, which began life in 1932, has grown to become one of the most well recognised brands in Essex. Switching its expanding operation to new, more efficient premises and larger warehousing facilities means the company can now progress with its positive business plans for further growth and development.
Managing Director Colin Gray comments: “The relocation of our operation to Temple Farm Industrial Estate is the culmination of an exciting year for us in 2016. Rossi Ice Cream continues to go from strength to strength and the move is down to many factors but increasingly we have been expanding our business. Quite simply, we’ve outgrown our existing premises and this move is an exciting new progressive development for us.
“This move is the latest in the ongoing re-shaping of our business. We have already invested significantly in restructuring our team and made improvements to our business in terms of the products and services we provide. Going forward this means that we will be able to focus on developing a wider range of products and services that the Rossi brand offers.”
Colin went on to say “although the factory has moved the original Rossi Ice Cream brands top secret recipe will stay the same!”.
We look forward to welcoming our existing and new customers!Back to News
