From the beginnings of the National Competitions in the early 60's, Rossi has won awards year after year through to 2005, including a Silver Medal for Mango Sorbet, The Silver Challenge Cup for Rum & Raisin Ice Cream and Diplomas of Merit for Strawberry, Vanilla, Chocolate, Mint Choc Chip and Dairy Ice Cream to name a few.

Rossi Ice Cream “scooped” 2 awards in the Southend District Business Awards, being voted winners of 2 categories for Excellent Customer Service and Leisure & Tourism.
The awards recognised the substantial improvements to the business over the last few years, including stepping up customer support to the trade, catering and retail sector, with improved deliveries, point of sale, marketing material, newsletters and additional products. We have been able to bring this 78 year old business up to date and whilst doing so provide an improved service to our customers.

Rossi Ice Cream is proud to have achieved accreditation by SALSA - Safe and Local Supplier Approval - an agency that audits and awards a nationally recognised standard of excellence in the Food Industry.
This approval is only granted after an extensive review of a company's procedures and operating practices and an on-site visit to confirm those procedures are applied on a day-to-day basis to ensure only the highest standards are met.
